Tonight, we wrap up this fast.
What has He been doing in your heart?
Where has He been leading you?
What has He stirred up inside you?
Was it a certain Scripture, like Isaiah 58 with Jen or maybe a major life change that He spoke to you about or even a renewed devotion to Him?
Whatever it may be, it doesn't have to end tonight.
In fact, tomorrow, as we celebrate His glorious resurrection, we should also be celebrating the ways He has spoke to us during this fast and springing into action!
Because the end of the fast means the beginning of new life - a renewed life that continually celebrates that He is alive and working and present in our lives.
And He CARES enough about you to keep speaking and guiding, even after the fast. This isn't a one time deal.
May we not go back to the same old same old tomorrow.
As Tadd shared a few days ago...
So although you can soon go back to eating and doing all that you did before, don’t let that focus cause you to forget why you did it in the first place.
Make the time in your day to let Him continue to work...
"Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." ~Philippians 1:6
And have a blessed Resurrection Sunday!
~Erin
{And a huge thank you to Tadd and Jen for sharing their hearts and reflections throughout this fast - we have all been blessed by your words!}
